I have repeated tried to complete the application on line but I was unable to finalize it, At times,it seems as if I did finish it, but never get to the point of signing it electronically, instead, I ended up with the first page i.e instructions to start the app. I even tried to do it through the US embassy website in damascus, but the results were worse.
Is there any other ways or advice to help eliminate this problem; perhaps obtaining the app. in a PDF form? Please advice.
